HOUSE RULES
These house rules are contractually binding. Requesting a stay implies full acceptance of these rules.
Check-in and access
- Check-in: from 16:00 to 22:00
- Check-out: by 10:00
- Reception/Desk: 8:30–10:00 and 16:00–22:00
- Late arrivals after 23:30 must be arranged in advance
- Late check-in supplement: €20
Quiet hours and behaviour
- Mandatory quiet hours: 13:00–15:00 and 23:30–08:00
- Appropriate dress required in common areas
- Disturbing other guests is not permitted at any time
- Access to staff-only areas is not permitted
In-room restrictions
- Smoking is not permitted in rooms or common areas (permitted outdoors)
- Eating in rooms is not permitted
- Personal cooking equipment, heaters or heating devices are not permitted
- Electric or electronic musical instruments are not permitted
- Weapons or blunt objects are not permitted on the premises
Pets
Dogs, cats and other animals are welcome in certain rooms. Owners are responsible for the care and behaviour of their animals. A supplement of €20 applies for final cleaning.
Water and energy
Water is a precious resource. Please avoid wasting water, switch off lights when leaving your room, and keep windows closed when heating is on. Management reserves the right to apply a surcharge for evident waste.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the outdoor terraces. Food may not be taken to rooms. Guests with allergies or intolerances are asked to inform management in advance.
Departure
The bill must be requested and settled the day before departure. Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 and keys returned to reception. After 10:00: €8 per additional hour. After 15:00: a full night's stay will be charged.
Lost property
Forgotten items are kept for 90 days. Postage and shipping costs are at the guest's expense.
Damages and theft
Anyone causing damage to the property, furniture or equipment will be held legally responsible. Theft and intentional damage will be reported immediately. Costs for damage or lost keys will be charged at check-out.
WiFi
Free WiFi is available in common areas. Use is the individual responsibility of the guest. Downloading illegal or offensive material is strictly prohibited.
Non-compliance
Failure to comply with these rules will result in removal from the property within 5 hours of notification, with no refund of amounts already paid.
