The simple and natural local products are the basis of our cuisine. The Farmhouse Guinzano organizes a calendar of cooking courses and activities for small groups up to six participants. With these courses you will learn how to prepare the dishes of the Umbrian tradition, bread, pasta, soups, meat and game.a. You can, at your choice, participate in preparations or follow the chef in a demonstration lesson. At the end of each course you can taste the dishes prepared. The courses will be calibrated to the level of the participants, but if proposed dates do not coincide with your availabilty, or you want to deal with specific topics of your interest or you would like a private course, you can contact us and we are extremely available to organize a course specifically for you.
These courses are conducted in a day for a maximum of 4 persons (6 for the demonstration lesson) lasting 3 hours + possible cooking times.
