The courses are held from Monday to Thursday with arrival on Sunday and departure on Friday.
The courses include:
- 5 nights B & B in the Farmhouse Guinzano
- 2 cooking classes (3 hours + 3 hours)
- 1 excursion (city of art or wine cellar or rural market)
- The ingredients for the preparations performed in the courses
- 2 cene e 1 pranzo presso l’Agriturismo Guinzano
- final cleaning
- A change of linen
Program:
Sunday
The afternoon arrival in Guinzano, room assignment.
8:00 pm aperitif, greetings to the participants, introduction to the course, dinner.
Monday
- 8:00-10:00 am breakfast. Day at leisure.
Tuesday
- 8:30 am breakfast.
- 10:00 am cooking class.
- 1:00 pm lunch. Afternoon at leisure
Wednesday
- 8:30 am breakfast.
- 10:00 pm departure for tour or wine cellar visit
Thursday
- 8:00-10:00 am breakfast. Moring at leisure.
- 4:00 pm cooking class
- 8:00 pm dinner.
venerdì
- 8:00-10:00 am breakfast.
- 10:00 am Kisses, hugs and greetings…
