The courses are held from Monday to Saturday with arrival on Sunday and departure on Sunday.
The courses include:
- 7 nights B & B in the Farmhouse Guinzano
- 2 cooking classes (3 hours + 3 hours)
- 1 excursion (city of art or a wine cellar or rural market)
- The ingredients for the preparations performed in the courses
- 2 dinners and 1 lunch at the Farmhouse Guinzano
- 1 dinner in a typical restaurant
- final cleaning
- A change of linen
Program:
Sunday
- The afternoon arrival in Guinzano, room allocation.
- 8 pm greetings to the participants, aperitif and introduction to the course, dinner .
Lunedì
- 8:30 am breakfast.
- 10 am departure to Gubbio, visit to the city.
- 8 pm dinner in a typical restaurant
- Ore 22.30 rientro a Guinzano.
martedì
- 8-10 am breakfast. Day at leisure.
mercoledì
- 8:30 am breakfast.
- 10 .00 am cooking course.
- 1 pm lunch. Afternoon at leisure
giovedì
- 8:30 am breakfast.
- 10 am departure to tour or wine cellar visit
venerdì
- 8-10 am breakfast. Day at leisure.
sabato
- 8-10 am breakfast. morning at leisure.
- 4 pm cooking course
- 8 pm dinner.
Domenica
