TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking
A booking is confirmed upon payment of a 50% deposit within 24 hours of email confirmation. The deposit may be paid by bank transfer, PayPal, BancoPosta or credit card.
Minimum stay
The minimum stay is 2 nights. Single-night bookings are not accepted.
Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Up to 7 days before arrival: no charge, deposit refunded in full
- Up to 3 days before arrival: 50% charge (equal to the deposit paid)
- Less than 3 days before arrival or no-show: 100% charge
- Christmas, New Year, Easter and public holiday weekends: 100% charge in all cases
- Promotional and last-minute rates: non-refundable
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 16:00 to 22:00
Check-out: by 10:00
Late check-in arranged in advance: €20 supplement.
Payment
The balance must be paid at check-out or on a previously agreed date. Accepted methods: bank transfer, PayPal, BancoPosta, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit card, cash within legal limits.
Rates
Rates are daily regardless of arrival time. One rate applies for all seasons.
- B&B: €60 per person per night
- Half board: €90 per person per night
- Single supplement: €30
- Children up to 4 years: free
- Children 4–10 years: €30
- Pet-friendly: €20 final cleaning supplement
Liability
Management accepts no responsibility for loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables, or for damage resulting from force majeure, weather events, natural disasters or other events beyond the property's control.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Perugia. The relationship is governed by Italian law.
